The numbers, from the people who got them

Named operators, on camera at their own venues. Watch any of them, and read what they said.

The World's End, Finsbury Park

Nick, Travelodge

Food and Beverage Project Manager. A national hotel group, with QR ordering in the bar cafe and, for the first time, from the room.

We've seen around about 32% of our sales coming from in room on average since eMenu's been live.

Customers have never been able to order from the room before.

Our spend per sleeper grew between 40 to 50p since we've had eMenu.

April, The Dartford Sports Bar

Manager. A high street pub with 23 TVs, soul nights and 80s nights, part of Admiral Taverns. Table service by QR, orders straight to the kitchen.

We've seen an increase of about 40% per head.

About 90% of our orders in the kitchen are now all eMenu.

Tips have increased tenfold. It's an amazing booster for the staff.

Dino Sura, Burger & Lobster

Managing Director. A restaurant group, two years in on eMenu ordering across the restaurants.

We also saw customers ordering more, based on the fact that the control was in their hands rather than someone else's.

Overall, as a tool, it's incredible.

Ben Spence, Grand Central

Customer Experience Manager at Grand Central, part of Arriva. Twelve trains, one customer service assistant covering an entire moving train, around 30 crew using the system at once, and orders routed to the right service.

If it works with one member of staff on a moving train, it will work in your pub.

We've only got one member of staff on board each service.

What we absolutely don't want is sitting on the 08:27 getting an order sent to the 11:27.

We've got 30 odd members of staff all using it at the same time.
